This is beautiful. I certainly don’t understand the technical things you did, but the result is very striking and poignant to me. Maybe because trains are special to me…my granddaddy was an engineer for Tennessee Central, which was bought by Southern. He walked from his home valley outside Gainsboro to Monterey when he was 9 to go to work as a fireboy. His father had died and he had to help support the family.

Anyway…
I’m here because I kept looking for a “contact me” kind of link…wanted to email you. So I hope your technical settings will notify you that there’s a comment!

I’m here asking for help - we’re finally getting a new computer at Riverside…Ken has been looking at a Dell Latitude E6500. He specced an NVIDIA Quadro NVS 160M video card. I remember you saying that the ability to do the dual screen thing for Media Shout (where you can have a working screen display and also the projected display on your monitor screen at one time, thereby allowing you to work and make changes while the audience is still seeing only the “good” stuff) was a function of the video card. And I saw on one of your pages links to other worship software. What are your recommendations for us? We’re not going to start doing entire services or anything, but it would sure be nice to get past Power Point slideshows!

Hope things are going well with you. Come see us sometime!

p.s. going to the ZOE conference this weeken? Evan and I are….
