In case you haven’t heard…

Clay Hartzog has accepted Laurel’s offer to become the new Youth Minister. He’ll be starting in early May. He is well spoken and I think will connect well with our kids. This past weekend was a busy time interviewing him. Friday night we had a devotional over at the Clark’s house. Saturday night, the search committee, the elders, and the LYF support committee had a question and answer session with him over at the Smith’s house. Then Sunday there was a lunch. After lunch there was a Q&A session with the teens followed by a Q&A session with the parents.

BTW: He graduated from Auburn. WAR EAGLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
